Magnetic earrings use a magnetic backing to create a forcefield between either side of the earlobe, holding the earring in place. Best on smaller earrings that won’t easily be knocked, they do look just as if pierced with no visible sign of a clip fitting, so the downside is they’re more prone to dropping if you rub or touch them, but the plus is a most very beautiful fit.
