Note that these are one of the few silver plated clip on earrings made by Basics. The clips themselves are full 925 sterling silver, so anything that is coming into contact with the skin remains of the perfect purity, but the hoops themselves are made of a high quality base metal mix which was then silver plated. This gives an attractive price point without compromising on comfort or quality where it counts.
