Although we call this a black pearl bracelet, there are no truly black pearls naturally occuring in nature. These ones are a dark grey, similar to a gunmetal or hematite in colour. This is because they are natural pearls as opposed to lab made or painted beads. As grade A+ pearls, there are some small variations to their shape, colour and surface from pearl to pearl. This is a nice thing to see on a freshwater pearl bracelet. These have the wonderful lustre and shimmer we would want with enough organic variation to say they’re definitely mother nature’s beauty and not manufactured.
